__NoTOC__ Polarize does the exact opposite of Solarize. It converts a warm, day with sunny weather into a gloomy, wintry one. It doesn't create overcast skies out of the blue, however; it just greatly weakens the intensity of sunlight in the area under its effect. Generally it causes people to feel less happy.
