The Malastaire Minutemen was the name given to the group of wizards who were instrumental in maintaining the Dark Lord Malastaire's reign of terror in the British Wizarding Commonwealth. This group of wizards were distinguished by their all-black garb, masked faces and black horses. This organization is unanimously believed to be the inspiration for the Death Eaters, a conglomerate of Dark Wizards that terrorized Magical Britain for over a decade.
