History: According to the Annals, the first changeling to arrive in Burlington was a courtier of the Autumn Court. A young woman of regal bearing with luminescent orange skin, and hair the color of the evening sky. The Annals are uncertain of her origins, but she arrived from the south during the war of 1812. Her reasons for staying are clear. Dusk felt that Burlington was a great location for a mecca of changeling knowledge. Its few trods made it easily defensible, and the fledgling university would help foster a learning environment. It is said that Dusk gathered 3 other lost, and that she was the one who forged the pact which protects Burlington to this day.
