Dodo's Perch is an island south of Port Royal. The island is mostly clear with a bit of jungle. A group of pirates live in an improvised village in the jungle. Dodo's Perch is the only place where the Dogbreath Weed grows, a plant with the ability to cure fever. In order to get into the good graces of the Governor of Port Royal, Jack Sparrow went to Dodo's Perch to pick some Dogbreath Weed.
