The Verbanski Corporation is a freelance spy organization that is considered the number one private spy outfit in the world. They are the direct competition for Carmichael Industries. Their services include: executive protection, asset recovery, hostage negotiation, threat assessment and nullification, coordination of international law enforcement, surveillance, counter-surveillance, counter-terrorism and all forms of risk management. The company is run by founder Gertrude Verbanski, who serves as CEO/President. Her private entanglements with John Casey frequently complicate both their professional lives.
