Shakkan is the God of Beasts, the brother of Nergal and the father of the sirithai race who spent many years sealed in the Ruined Kingdom. He has always favoured the more savage races over the "civilized" races and formed the Clergy of Shakkan to promote such ideas and protect the beasts of the world. He has recently begun taking a more active role in the affairs of mortals.
