Nicholas Pritchard (born 1958) played barrister Mr Massey in Coronation Street in May 1996 and returned to the programme between January and February 2012 as the Judge presiding over Frank Foster's rape trial. His other many television appearances since his debut in the mid-1980s include Robin of Sherwood, Executive Stress, The Paradise Club, Birds of a Feather, Waiting for God, Soldier Soldier, Footballers' Wives and Lewis. His films include Sammy and Rosie Get Laid, Claim, Finding Neverland and La Vie en Rose.
