Deeh the Scalawag is an Argonian beggar residing in Leyawiin. As a beggar he is protected by the Thieves Guild. He is also involved in the quest Speechcraft Training along with all the other beggars. His bedroll is located west of the Five Claws Lodge, next to the well, by the West Gate to the city.
