Mustafa was born as the son of an ottoman harem girl, who sent him to Malta for fear of punitive measures from the sultan. On Malta, Mustafa was raised and groomed by ghouls of the Ventrue Antonio Cardona to one day return to Istanbul and take it from its Tzimisce Prince John Paleogolus. Together with the Toreador Vashtai, Mustafa was eventually able to take Istanbul. However, Mustafa is also an extremly inefficient Prince, whose main duty is to appease the Ventrue. In truth, his Toreador advisors rule Istanbul.
