The feat was introduced in the article Heroic Tier Rituals.[Dr405] This feat grants a +2 feat bonus to initiative checks. Ritual casters with this feat may master and perform rituals as if they were four levels higher. Once per day, the ritual caster with this feat can ignore the component cost of a divination ritual of their level or lower that they have mastered.
