Diane, Jack and Andy berate Daz for his behaviour and refuse to believe his explanation that he merely took the blame for Jasmine. Later that day Daz tries to comfort Jasmine after an argument with Debbie. He explains why he stuck up for her and attempts to kiss her just as Debbie comes back downstairs. An argument ensues and in a moment of anger a smashed bottle of vodka sends the vicarage up in flames. Debbie frantically tries to escape the fire. Sick and feeling dreadful, Kayleigh gets no sympathy from Martin who is still furious with her. Louise thinks Kayleigh has learnt her lesson through her hangover.
