The University of Talná (Kihā́mmic: Tálnī kzəkghál, IPA: http://conlang.wikia.com/wiki/IPA_for_Kihā́mmic ˈtaɫniː kz̩əˈçal) is the largest university in Kihāmát. Located in the country's capital, Talná, in the south-east of Raibáûī, the university offers a wide range of courses from medicine and zoölogy to political science and domestic law. Kihāmát's current Premier, Īzván Rátkan Yôfánī-Mā́rī, was a post-graduate student at the university in the early 1990s and earnt an MSc in Civil Engineering.
