Air Transport Officer was an officer assigned to the USS Enterprise who had a brief talk with NCIS Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Caitlin Todd who were on their way onto the U.S.S. Philadelphia to investigate a suspected impostor who had stolen the identity of a murdered submariner.
