William Maxwell (born in Liverpool) appeared on Coronation Street in three roles: * Mr Barker in October 1965 * Fentie Williams in October 1966 * Garage owner Frank Skinner in August and September 1982. He also appeared in the spin-off The Brothers McGregor in 1988. Other credits include roles in The Man in Room 17, Z Cars, City 68', The Dustbinmen, Nearest and Dearest, For the Love of Ada, Budgie, Crown Court, When the Boat Comes In, Strangers, Bergerac and Brookside.
