Leonid Berman was a citizen of Rapture who lived in Pauper's Drop. He mentions in his Audio Diary that he heard about Eddie making a score in Neptune's Bounty. He planned on paying Eddie a visit to show him that he shouldn't horde all the goodies for himself. Berman is one of the characters who was cut during the development of BioShock 2.
