Uncle Giveaway was a billionaire who wanted to be like comic-book heroes and fight crime but, having grown up merely rich, not strong, decided to do right another way: by giving away prizes (500 per issue, to be exact) to those who gave the best answers to his questions at the end of his stories... ...which he did for all of two issues before his title was cancelled.
