Your download may be corrupted. Try uninstalling the mod and downloading it again. It is also possible (if using the PC version) that another mod you are using is interfering with the Operation Anchorage mod. Try disabling some of your other mods to see if that fixes the issue. Also try updating your game with the latest patch.
