Other than that there is not much information about it, every person in the galaxy that came in contact with it has stolen a life time supply of blue milk, the book Making Blue Milk Cheese for Dummies and disappeared... Some of them have returned to known space to steel more blue milk (they didn't steel enough, or their supply got stolen by another person who had come in contact with the stuff). These people are very dangerous, they will do almost anything to get their hands on your blue milk.
