He knew Cardassian rule for the first thirteen years of his life, and during that time witnessed horrors that he later stated the Dominion War had yet to equal. (Star Trek: Sigils and Unions) Webene is notable for his great stature and bulk, compared in size to Cardassian glinn Zebreliy Va'Kust, as well as for a shock of red hair.
