The Skavik (/'skɑ:.vɪk/, singular "Skav") were an insectoid race of non-humanoids from Kizav. The natural prey of the Veracht, they were enslaved by the Reawakened and used as foot soldiers during the Nightmare War. After the destruction of their homeworld and the fall of their Dark Jedi masters, the surviving Skavik surrendered to Rin Sakaros and became somewhat peripheral members of the Golden Empire.
