Concussion Bolt is an energy technique developed by Cuber during his time spent in Limbo. To use the technique, Cuber fires a teardrop-shaped blast of ki out of crossed arms over his chest. Upon contact, the blast detonates and creates a gravitational warp that slows the movement anything nearby.
