The Medal of Honor: Molduga is a key item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. After completing the main story, Link can obtain it from Kilton as a reward after having defeated all four Molduga mini-bosses in the Gerudo Desert region. Each of the four Molduga can be located in a specific location of the desert. The Medal of Honor: Molduga serves no purpose other than an award recognizing Link's accomplishment of finding and defeating all four Molduga mini-bosses in Hyrule.
