Loathe was male humanoid who worked as an assassin with the Kouhun, a secret society of murder cultists. At the beginning of the Iron Blockade, he worked for Earl Alner, a member of the of the Anoat sector's Noble Court who took advantage of the chaos to eliminate his rivals. On Alner's behalf, Loathe killed Earl Roubek and Duke Misaani.
