University of Oulu is a top secret science project funded by the Finnish government, to research top secret information of top secret things. There are hushed rumours of a slogan saying 'Surfing on the top of the top secret information age'. Only few people have revealed some of the research projects conducted in the University of Oulu. Unfortunatelly all of them have been assassinated by the University's research and mob services. The university of Oulu has won the medal of secrecy granted by the ministry of interior in years 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2004 and 2005.
