Some possible rules allowing aircraft to interfere with movement. * Your aircraft can conduct interdiction. Conduct like strategic bombing. Your aircraft must outnumber enemy aircraft in the area. The enemy may not move in or out next turn. * As above, but only with fighters * As above, but only with bombers * Your aircraft may be assigned to interdict an area. Any enemy AA guns and aircraft fire on you (aircraft use their defense). For each interdicting aircraft, roll a die whenever a unit moves in or out, destroying it on a 1. * As above, but only with fighters * As above, but only with bombers
