Rachel Rhodes was a character killed by Dexter Morgan prior to the beginning of the series. she is identified during the slide show in There's Something About Harry, along with several other victims. Seeing as how her remains are not shown, it can be assumed she was one of the victims discovered through the blood slides and not one of the Bay Harbor Butcher 18.
