The Oculta Coalition (連合, Gappei no Oculta. Literally Meaning: “The Hidden Coalition” ) is a hidden movement in which its followers believe to have a dark Unitary State hold on the World Government. However, since it is more of a movement than a group at the moment. Many of its agendas are still unknown and in mystery. But the movement is spearheading by Bestia Oculta, who had originally started this movement when he and the 10th division had defected from the Marines.
