The Paris Peace Conference took place in 1919. It was dominated by the Allies, with no negotiation from Germany and her allies. There, the allies decided what would happen to the Axis - it was here that the Treaties were decided. The "Big Three" - the main negotiators - were Georges Clemenceau, Woodrow Wilson and David Lloyd George.
