The Llabdey Department is the fourth department of the Slinky Empyre. It is bordered by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and is geographically close to the Embassy-Headquarters of the Antarctic Community of Landashir. The Protector of Llabdey Department is James Puchowski, the current Premier of the Landashir'n Government, whose government assists the maintenance of the territory. Llabdey is the Slinky Empyre's largest department.
