Bethany Clinkscales was a Grayson citizen and the senior wife of Howard Clinkscales. She became a widow when Howard died in 1920 PD, and was surprised when during his funeral, Steadholder Honor Harrington established the equivalent of a blood bond between the Harrington and Clinkscales clans. (HH11)
