Buddy Hinton was mentioned in the episode, iKiss, by Sam, whom she claimed was responsible for providing her first kiss at a Cuttlefish concert inside a Port-A-Potty. It was found out at the end of the episode that Sam had never had her first kiss so this story was proven false. He has not been mentioned since then. It is even possible that Buddy Hinton does not exist and was created by Sam when she told a lie. This can be neither confirmed or denied since both Carly and Freddie have never stated whether they knew or did not know who Buddy Hinton is.
