Manny Folds is a mechanic who appears in From the Balcony episode 26. He gives his commentary on the latest racing and car films from the pits as debris and car parts fly at his head. After being hit in the head by a tire and knocked out, Waldorf remarks, "It's okay, his head has its own air-bag."
