HB7 was an individual who worked for the Verga Mer Mining Company during the waning years of the Galactic Republic. At some point after an incident on the moon Tilnes in about 31 BBY, HB7 sent an internal memo to all Verga Mer area managers, discussing problems on Tilnes that had been caused by the activities of the Metatheran Cartel and the Thaereian military.
