Bill Bailey is a British comedian, actor and musician. He is perhaps best known for his role in the sitcom series Black Books as shop assistant Manny Bianco and for his stand-up comedy, as well as his appearance on comedy panel shows, such as Never Mind the Buzzcocks and Have I Got News For You.
