Sever Chakra is a non lethal jutsu by which a being's connection to chakra was is interrupted, or blocked from them with a wall of snake chakra. According to the ancient serpents of Hebikyokoku, severing an individual's chakra connection was the most powerful attack a Snake Sage can could perform. When preparing to disconnect a being from chakra, a wall of snake energy is created by the attacker. This wall then "blocked" the victim's ability to sense and manipulate chakra.
