Denny Markham (played by Larry Musser) was a veteran of the Vietnam War and founder of a right-wing organization called The Right Hand. He agreed to speak with Mulder and Scully about Nathaniel Teager, but only after scaring them with a trio of rotweillers. Markham was taken into custody for further questioning, but was unable to assist any more than by saying he knew Teager in Vietnam and that Teager was a killing machine with 26 known kills.
