Modern Philology (abbreviated as MPh) is a journal founded in 1903. Modern Philology publishes scholarly articles on literature, literary scholarship, history, and criticism in all modern world languages. Published by the University of Chicago Press, Modern Philology also publishes book reviews of recent books as well as review articles and research on archival documents.
