With the loss of Resurrection the Legion began to dissolve into a state of chaos, back in the original Cylon controlled space the older models began an extermination plan that would wipe out the remaining humanoid models giving them back the control that they had lost to them. Not much is known of its capabilities, but nothing that has challenged it has lived either.
