Mostly in Diamond or Pearl you need to cheat but if when you run into a Mew or Mewtwo lower it HP using a pokemon that's Level is lower, equal, or a little higher than it and lower it's HP until there is like 10 or lower hp left and throw a Ultra ball! if unsuccesful then keep trying!
