In The Crossfire is a musical track which appeared in the first promotional trailer for Legacy of Kain: Defiance. Written by Bryan New and Craig Joiner, it originally appeared on a library music CD named Nu Rock Muthas, and was released by Connect. As a third-party theme intended only for one-time use in the trailer, In The Crossfire does not appear in the Legacy of Kain series itself, and can only be obtained externally.
