COKEMAN11 owns a Swampert that was his third Pokemon (he got Umbreon and Espeon from Pokemon Colosseum). It was also his third Level 100, with Umbreon and Espeon as the first two. It is also his most recent Level 100 that he didn't hack to get. Swampert is the strongest and most valued actually locatable Pokemon that CK11 owns. It will be transferred to CK11's Pokemon Platinum from his Pokemon Diamond when his Pokemon Platinum team reaches Level 100 without hacks. So far, they are around Level 75.
