Freeze Tech is something that we believe Doyle Blackwell created. It is two small hoses. Each hose has a container of blue liquid.It is very likely that it is liquid nitrogen. When you combine the liquids what you spray gets covered in a thick layer of ice it can also be used on the ground to create a path of ice. Hence the name Freeze Tech. So far it has only been seen in the episode Twelve Hundred Degrees Fahrenheit.
