Smash Island VI was the sixth tournament in the Smash Island tournament series and the third to include a Super Smash Flash 2 event. The tournament was hosted by Dark Ermac and held on October 18th, 2014. In addition to SSF2, there was a moderately successful tournament for Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS. This marked the debut of Kyoz, who would go on to become one of the most successful players in the competitive scene.
