Cyril was one of five children exposed to extradimensional Bio-Power when aliens entered our reality to escape their evil captors. His exposure resulted in him developing telepathic abilities. As a teenager, his powers soon began to grow beyond his control, so he was treated by Dr. Haverson and equipped with a Bionic Morpher that contained Cyril's power. When evil aliens came to re-capture the first aliens to arrive, Cyril was able to use his Morpher to become the Blue Ranger and teamed up with the other four exposed kids to become the Power Rangers Bionic!
