Wimple was the director of the Seismological Bureau building. He assisted the Super Friends in apprehending Hank and Ben, by allowing them to use his getigraph so that they'd know when in where they were stealing quarks from gold with their blue beam from their blue jet, because it caused micro-tremors that could be detected by the getigraph.
