Japan was a nation in Asia and a Superpower. In 2020, when the Korean War resumed, Japan aided South Korea and together managed to defeat North Korea. Later, in 2040, Japan also supported the Democratic rebels in the Second Chinese Civil War. In 2045, the Japanese Government begun to encourage its citizens to marry and have children, in order to combat its declining population. It was a success, and by 2075 Japan's population had increased back to 128 Million.
