TRANSACTIONS on Electrical Eng., Electronics, and Communications is published bi-annually and internationally by the Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Communications and Information Technology Association (ECTI), Thailand. It presents the most important research results in the disciplines of engineering, related technology, computer vision, image understanding, pattern recognition and applied science. It is an international journal, and is widely considered to be one of very leading journals in the area in Thailand.
