Outcast Archers are members only monsters first encountered in The Outcast quest. After the fight, they can be found outside of New Archosaur and the level 162 versions can be found in the God Wars Dungeon 2nd floor. They are the backbone of The Outcast Army. Outcast Archers have fair defence but are very accurate, so Protect from Ranged is advised. Remember: Only the level 162 versions can poison you, the level 131's do not.
