Paper & INK consists out of two regions: Paperland and INK. The INK-Part of the original country Paperland was long forgotten, a territory in the desert. Because of that, Paperland participated solely for over 15 years untill a Paperian delegation to Rumia (bringing the band Haggard back home from their participation in a Paperian NF) found CampA (Capital Campside of INK) in the desert.
