Arica House is an 11 storey tower block on Slippers Place on the Slippers Place Estate in the Bermondsey area of Southwark, London. Constructed in the early 1960s, the tower block contains 88 flats and is constructed using a concrete frame with brick masonry facings. It is the tallest block on the estate.
